Any compacted artifact (ie: .zip, .rar, .jar, .tar.gz, .war) should be treated as a special Artifact 'cos it stores other/additional artifacts.

The compacted artifacts should be treated as a folder.. expanding its content. But it should keep hash to check if the compacted file was modified.

Other import information is that each artifact stored inside the compacted file should reference the compacted file name.
